  1. This is a great project to take on. Why have all this wonderful technology avaialable to teachers if they aren't going to use it?!? This project not only addresses teachers, but will ultimately lead to student success. As teachers learn how to pull data and use that to create small groups, reteach specific problem areas, and not spend valuable time on subjects that are mastered, they will beging to see student growth, which will be VERY exciting! You mentioned having some mentor teachers - the teachers in your building that are using technology to its fullest extent. You might consider having novice teachers go and observe these master technology teachers in their classroom. For those that haven't experienced it, they will see first-hand how students get fully engaged when technology is used. Good luck with your project!

  2. This looks very interesting. I would like to see more information on how you will collect and analyze data. The plan is a little brief. I do completely agree with the fact that teachers need to be fully vested in technology - both for their benefit to create better and innovative lessons and for the students to have the best learning experience possible.
